Payment Agreement

The student understands that the tuition and fees for the semester are due and payable in full at the time of the student's registration unless the student has arranged a payment plan that has been approved by the University. Student further agrees to pay all other charges which student incurs while attending the University. Failure to pay when due all University bills shall release the University of any obligation to continue to provide the applicable education benefits and services, including, but not limited to, grade reports, transcripts of records, diplomas, registration or statements of honorable dismissal. The student shall also be denied admittance to classes and the use of university facilities in the event of default or if you are not registered. Accounts 60 days delinquent may be turned over to a third-party collection agency. Any additional collections costs and/or attorney fees may be added to the account. This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Washington.


Registration Policy

Registration Policy: Registrations must be submitted the Friday before the start of the program. Registrations submitted after then will be charged a $100.00 late registration fee. Registrations will not be accepted after the first week of the program.

Withdrawal Policy: Notification of withdrawal from the Admin ProCert Program must occur in writing via email to profdev@plu.edu prior to 3rd class meeting. There will be a $100.00 late registration change fee applied, but program fees are refundable. Withdrawal from the Admin ProCert Program after the 3rd class meeting will not be charged a $100.00 late registration change fee, but the program fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and a W grade will apply.

Per University policy, in the event of low enrollment, a class may be canceled.  If this is necessary we will contact each applicant to discuss their options. 


Completing the Application Process

To complete the application process, the following must be submtited to PLU:

  1. PLU Online Application submitted
  2. Application fee ($40) and the following materials mailed to PLU
  3. OSPI Form 4201F-D, documenting three contracted years of school employment as a principal, assistant principal, or program administrator
  4. Copy of valid Washington State Residency Administrator Certificate
  5. Copies of transcripts from all colleges or universitites attended (unofficial copies accepted)
  6. IF Residency Renewal Required: OSPI Form 4201 Institutional Application for an Administrator, submitted with fees to program ($43)
